The Results Are In!
Sunday, our congregation voted to confirm Joel Greenwood as our next Lead Minister. Joel has attended Smoky Mountain Christian Church for 5 years, and served as our Youth and Children’s Minister for two years.
He will transition into his new role over the next month and looks forward to leading alongside the leadership team here at the church.
Joel grew up in the small town of Oblong, Illinois, and was raised in a couple of smallcountry churches. He loves SMCC because of its multi-generational demographic, and the potential the body has to help shape the community here in Sevier County.
